EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At Philippa 1970, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have up to 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.
The item must be in perfect condition, with its original tags, packaging, and invoice in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 to 14 days via the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Outside the European Union – €55
